This week's Wednesday session 25th of September at the spacious annex of the Ben Rhydding pre school will be a 1hr 15min session structured as 30min body weight core and strength, 30 min flexibility actively involving core and deeper strength and 15 min deep flexibility and relaxation holding certain poses and practising breathing. All adapted to runners and all abilities welcome, you work your limits and alternative easier routines will be described. 7pm prompt start, bring your mats and foam rollers. No running involved and space is warm to keep us warm and flexible.
