Session 3 was in St John's Lounge.
We had some new people, Nicky and Ken join us. The class is pretty full now!
From memory, we did ... 'Pushing' and 'pulling' to warm up the core, Squats (3 types), Controlled Press-ups, Planks, Crunches, Lemon Crunches (groan), Sitting against the wall, Leg stretches, leg swinging, stretching.
And lots more. Who can fill the gaps?
Another great session, thanks Nikos!
Everyone - remember to bring a mat and a roller next week! ;) And £2 to cover hall costs etc.

Thanks so much for this Paul. It looks brilliant.

Just to add that one of the highlights of yesterday's session was strengthening the hips and gluteus and increasing the mobility and flexibility of the hip joint...which is superiorly designed as a ball and socket joint but our life styles have decreased the natural moves of that joint.

You all worked hard and it flowed nicely.

More and more later!!
