Hi Team!!! Just finding 5 minutes to post the homework for the weekend

Use the roller to roll legs, back, spend some good minutes on rolling the back.
Stretch your body nicely starting with a child pose.
Move to the cat movement and do that until your core feels that it worked to a 7 from a scale of 1 to 10
6 x 1 min planks with your recovery been 6 x 45 sec supermans varying the position of your arms
Do the tension hamstring stretch and work on keeping the back straight and your chest coming forward. (I need to work myself on my back as running on fells shortens my back muscles)
Remember to breath soft breathing and relax your facial muscles
Relax in child pose with eyes closed and let your body become soft and relaxed, drift away for a few minutes
