Joining ILKLEY HARRIERS

Ilkley Harriers is a friendly club with something for most types of runner - as shown on this web site!

Before deciding to join you are invited to attend training sessions for 2-3 weeks with no obligation.

New and renewing members agree to abide by the Club Constitution, Club rules, policies, and codes of conduct - see here.

You can download the Ilkley Harriers Membership Application Form for new members 2009/2010 here in PDF format, or MS Word format.

The minimum age for membership of Ilkley Harriers is 16 years* - those aged 16-18 should have their parent/guardian sign the membership form.

Subscription Fees October 2009 - September 2010

Senior £30
Families*  £45
Students and 16-18  £5

* There is a separate membership type for juniors aged 8-16: membership of Junior Ilkley Harriers costs £3 pa and there is a separate membership form on the Junior Ilkley Harriers site.

After you complete the form you should submit it to the Membership Secretary with the appropriate subscription: applications are then considered by the Ilkley Harriers committee, meeting monthly.

If you need any more information, please contact Emma our Membership Secretary by email mship@ilkleyharriers.org.uk.

Newsletter

The Harriers' newsletter is distributed to all members every 8 weeks or so. It features race reports, social news, and details of forthcoming social and running activities.

Email Group

We have an email group open to members only which can be used for sharing 'urgent' club-related information where email is the ideal medium.

Forum

We have an online Forum open to the public to read, but open to members (Ilkley Harriers) only to contribute to, which can also be used for sharing club-related information where email is not the best medium.
